The Kasbah Ait Benhaddou in the province of Ouarzazate, Morocco is renown for its beauty. To wander in the Kasbah takes you into another world and another time. A few families actually live in the Kasbah. The drought which regularly affects the region, forced a lot of people to move out from the Kasbah. Women who live in this Kasbah have to travel far in order to get water, and they do many other tasks in order to meet their needs and their family's needs. La Kasbah Ait Benhaddou dans le province de Ouarzazate au Maroc est renommée pour sa beauté. Déambuler dans la Kasbah vous amène dans un autre monde et dans un autre temps. Quelques familles habitent actuellement dans la Kasbah. La sécheresse qui sévit régulièrement dans la région, a forcé beaucoup d'habitants à quitter la Kasbah. Les femmes qui vivent dans la Kasbah doivent marcher loin pour chercher de l'eau, et elles font beaucoup d'autres travaux pour subvenir à leurs besoins et à ceux de leur famille. |
